The Museum of Copenhagen's picture archive comprises material that illustrates the history and topography of Copenhagen from the 17th century right up until the present.

You can find prints, paintings, drawings, watercolours, photographs and postcards, greeting-cards and a variety of pamphlets such as leaflets, advertisements and newspaper-clippings in the picture archive. Unfortunately, it is not possible to borrow materials from the archive. However, it is possible to order photocopies of the materials in question.
